How I Lead
I have built teams from scratch and grown them to 14 people across SEO, content, and link building. I hire for gaps, give people clear goals, and expect them to own their work. I balance quick wins that keep the team moving with longer-term bets on new channels and categories. I work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, Analytics, Sales, and Brand because that is where the real growth decisions happen.   • Led technical SEO across thousands of pages: crawl and indexation strategy, Core Web Vitals, structured data, Schema markup, site speed, and mobile-first fixes
